David Beckham made a special appearance at the Skating Rink last Saturday for the Singapore beneficiaries to unveil the Festive Light-up around the integrated resort.

To spread even more Christmas cheers for those in attendance, performances by Clara Helms, a finalist on ‘Australia’s Got Talent’ and talents from Kids Performing Academy of the Arts were being appreciated.

Not forgetting, a group of groovy chart-toppers was there on stage, scattering much love to make the special event worthwhile! Guess who?

MAMA MIA…..!

“We are honored to have support of David Beckham for our festive celebrations. We appreciate that he remains so involved, as he continues to participate in our ongoing initiatives with our beneficiaries and the larger Singapore community. It has been a fulfilling year for Marina Bay Sands and this is the perfect way to usher in the year end-festivities,” said Mr George Tanasijevich, President and Chief Executive Officer of Marina Bay Sands.

About 200 youth and children from MBS’ designated charities, Association for Persons with Special Needs, Ang Mo Kio Family Service Centers and Student Care Service also had a chance to grapple the football star for some up-close sessions encompassing question-and-answer and photo-taking.
